Cut the Cord?
After a few years of using Comcast for Internet, television and phone, the relationship has soured. We just received the dreaded “increase bill” with a price jump of 25%! Wow, not what I was expecting! I was perfectly willing to pay the rate we had been paying, but not a 25% increase. I contacted Comcast three times to attempt to lower the bill. No joy.
